Property developer Agile’s sales in Jan – Jul slid 31% on year

Chinese property developer Agile Group said that its pre-sales amount reached 2.27 billion yuan in July, with floor area sold reaching 152,000 square meters and average price at 14,891 yuan per square meter. 

In the first seven months of the year, Agile and its affiliates’ sales reached 30.5 billion yuan, sliding 31.38% from a year earlier, with floor area sold at 2.04 million square meters and average price of 14,927 yuan per square meter.

The company’s management has said at its shareholder meeting in May that its sales target for 2023 is 65 – 70 billion yuan, which means Agile’s sales in Jan – Jul accounted for 46.9% of the annual sales target.
