Property developer Kaisa Group said its property delivery in H1 reached full-year volume in 2022

Chinese property developer Kaisa Group completed delivery of eights property projects in June, delivering a total of nearly 6,000 apartments, the company said on its official WeChat account. 

In the first half of the year, Kaisa Group delivered a total of 33 projects in cities including Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chongqing and Dongguan, and delivered about 21,000 units of apartments, in line with the total volume for the full-year of 2022, it said.
