Second-hand home transactions in Guangzhou fell 5.46% in June from previous month – industry association

Guangzhou’s second-hand home transactions reached 8,292 units and 834,700 square meters in June (May 26 – June 25), sliding 5.46% and 5.21%, respectively, from the previous month, and rising by 6.58% and 7.1% from a year earlier, according to data from the Guangzhou Association of Real Estate Agents.

Among that, transactions facilitated by real estate agents reached 1,107 units and 105,500 square meters, sliding 12.28% and 11.95% from the previous month, and sliding 34.34% and 36.09% from a year earlier, showed the data.
