Inspur Electronic Information Industry, the largest server producer in China, is sliding more than 4% in Hong Kong after the company warned of risks of declines in first-half earnings compared to a year earlier.

There is a risk that the company’s first-half performance will decline compared to the same period of the previous year due to factors such as changes in the pace of demand from general-purpose server customers and tight supply of GPUs and related specialized chips worldwide, Inspur said in a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Regarding the surging in the stock price, Inspur said that no significant changes have occurred or are expected to occur in the company’s recent operations and internal and external business environment.
