Several private-owned real estate developers in China including Country Garden and Logan Group have announced plans to issue asset-backed securities (ABS) as financing environment for the struggling sector continue improving.

On December 6, Logan Group said on its official Wechat account that it will start the work to issue commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and supply chain asset-backed securities.
