Shanghai municipal financial regulator met chairman of Fosun International

Zhou Xiaoquan, director of Shanghai Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau, met with Guo Guangchang, chairman of Chinese conglomerate Fosun International, on the 25th, according to a statement issued by the regulator. 

Zhou expressed his support for Fosun International’s development strategy and said the regulator will continue to provide support to private companies including Fosun in corporate financing and participation in the capital market to promote the better development of Shanghai’s private economy.
