Shenyang city to provide total 100 mln yuan car purchase subsidies this month

The city of Shenyang, capital of northeastern China’s Liaoning province, will provide a total of 100 million yuan of subsidies for automobile purchases during the period of June 18 – 30, according to the municipal commerce bureau.

Individual consumers will get a subsidy of 2,000 yuan per car for the purchase of new cars priced in the. range of 50,000 yuan – 100,000 yuan; those who buy cars priced in the range of 100,000 yuan – 200,000 yuan will get a subsidy of 3,000 yuan per car; those who buy cars priced at 200,000 yuan or above will get a subsidy of 4,000 yuan per car, it said.

Those who buy new energy vehicles will get an additional subsidy of 1,000 yuan per car, it said.
