China’s state-owned energy giant Sinopec repurchased 11.2 million H shares at prices of HK$3.47 – HK$3.59 apiece on Friday, involving a total about $39.848 million, according to a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Since the ordinary resolution was passed, the company has repurchased 37.326 million shares year to date, accounting for 0.03% of the share capital.
