Tencent spent HK$353 million repurchasing 1.27 million shares on Thursday, at prices of HK$275.2 – HK$282.4, according to a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Since August 19, Tencent has spent HK$11.61 billion repurchasing 38.85 million shares in 33rd consecutive trading days. Year to date, Tencent has spent HK$21.6 billion on 70 stock buybacks.
Tencent shares closed down 0.43% at HK$277.8 on Thursday.
