China’s crude oil imports from Saudi Arabia rebounded in August, remains China’s top oil supplier year to date
China’s crude oil imports from Saudi Arabia rebounded in August to 8.475 million tonnes, or 1.99 million bpd, 5% higher than the year ago levels, according to China’s customs data.
Saudi Arabia remains China’s biggest crude oil supplier year-to-date, shipping 58.31 million tonnes during the first eight months, down 0.3% from a year ago, compared to 55.79 million tonnes from Russia, which was up 7.3% from the year ago period.
