The cost to rent Grade A office space in Hong Kong has fallen by an average of 18.7 per cent in the first 11 months as the Covid-19 pandemic takes its toll on the economy and encourages people to work from home.

The rent has declined for seven consecutive quarter, returning the levels seen in the second quarter of 2018.
