Shenzhen to launch new round of reforms, to relax market access in several sectors

The city of Shenzhen will relax market access in sectors across finance, data, medicine, education and elderly care, according to the guidelines announced on Wednesday by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce, part of a wider plan to push for reforms in China's technology hub.
