Xpeng Motors increased registered capital of automatic driving subsidiary by 66.67% to 1 bn yuan

Guangzhou Xiaopeng Automatic Driving Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng Motors recently increased the registered capital from 600 million yuan to 1 billion yuan, an increase of about 66.67%, according to corporate registration information platform Qichacha.

The subsidiary was established in November 2019, with its business scope including software development, engineering and technology research and experimental development, and system integration services for AI industry applications.
