China will introduce more measures to recover and expand consumption, improve consumption environment, stabilise auto consumption, accelerate construction of electric vehicles charging pile and energy storage facilities and promote new energy vehicles in rural areas, said the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC),the state planner, at a press conference on Friday.

China will accelerate the progress of the 102 major projects for the 14th Five-Year Period, quicken the construction of a modern industrial system and focus on achieving breakthroughs in the fields of weak links and further strengthen the fields with advantages, it said.

China will make greater efforts to promote reforms in key area, attract and utilise foreign investment and stabilise the foreign trade and foreign investment, it said.

The country will prioritise employment, expand job channels for college graduates and increase people’s come via multiple channels, it said.

In addition, China will ensure food production and suppliers of agricultural products, ensure electricity supply in the summer peak season, it added.
